About QrMyCar

QrMyCar started because people kept facing parking problems. Cars were blocking each other, exits were getting stuck, and there was no easy way to contact the owner. Everyone was stressed, and the issue was common everywhere.
We got one simple idea: people should be able to reach the car owner without sharing their phone number. That idea grew into a safe, private QR sticker for vehicles and a complete management system for housing societies.

QrMyCar for Vehicle Owners

Focused on parking civility and privacy

Our Story

Parking problems happen a lot. Being polite should too.

We talked to many vehicle owners who were afraid to leave their parked car. One scratch, one angry person, or one emergency could ruin a day. The missing thing was a safe way to contact the owner without sharing phone numbers. So we made a small sticker anyone can scan, start a chat, and fix the problem in seconds: no phone numbers on windshields and no uncomfortable confrontations.

Each sticker helps make our cities kinder, where "sorry for the block" messages arrive faster than anger.

Problem spotted everywhere

Malls, offices, gated streets—double parking and emergencies are daily occurrences.

Technology that feels human

QR scans open a private chat page with WhatsApp (and email) alerts so owners stay reachable yet anonymous.

Privacy above all

Personal numbers stay hidden, data is encrypted, and owners control when they want to be contacted.

What we offer (vehicle owners)

  • → Anonymous car-owner chat communication
  • → WhatsApp & email alerts in real time
  • → Emergency contact
  • → Track documents like Insurance & PUC expiration

For RWAs & societies

QrMyCar for Societies

Built to make societies safer with accountable logs

Observation from our gates

Every society has guards, yet registers remain the weakest link.

Learn about the society solution

Indian gated communities invest in security guards but still rely on paper registers. Details are illegible, logs are misplaced, and accountability disappears when an incident occurs. We designed the QrMyCar Society Management System to replace guesswork with QR based passes, digital guard scans, and tamper-proof visitor logs.

100%

Visitor entries linked to actual flats & residents

30 sec

To issue a QR pass for deliveries, relatives, or service staff

24/7

Easy to track incidents because every scan is saved

Accountability for everyone

Residents become co-guardians of their society.

Residents can create visitor passes for anyone like delivery people, tutors, or guests. The guard only needs to scan the pass to let them in. The app records when the visitor enters, leaves, and who allowed the visit. When every visit is tracked, societies stay safer, guards can do their job better, and the management team gets clear and useful information.

“QR passes gave us confidence. Guards no longer juggle phone calls and pages of register entries, and every resident knows they are contributing to safety.” — RWA President, Gurugram
