How do QR stickers work at the society gate?
Each approved vehicle gets a unique QR. Guards scan at entry/exit; the system auto-logs timestamp, gate, and guard ID, and links to the resident unit.
Can we import existing resident and vehicle data?
Yes. Use the Excel bulk import for residents and vehicles. Columns can be mapped and validated before publishing.
How are alerts sent for unusual activity?
Admins can view alerts for late-night entries, overstays, or blacklisted vehicles. Alerts can be viewed in admin portal.
Do residents need to install an app?
No. Residents can activate stickers by scanning the QR code. They can later log in to update details if needed.
Is personal data (phone numbers) visible on scans?
No. Phone numbers are hidden. Guards only see what your role policy allows (e.g., plate, unit & owner name).
Can we download reports?
Yes. Entry/exit logs, violations, and guard performance reports can be downloaded as CSV or PDF.
